Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located at the corner of Highway 36 and FM 976. It is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top.
The tiny house has a comfortable queen size bed upstairs, a spacious shower and bathroom with a regular sized sink and toilet, and a nice kitchen area. The home has a smart TV mounted on the wall in the living area that can be connected to your smartphone’s hotspot to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.
Please note that the bed is located in the upper part of the tiny home. You will be required to use the stairs to get to the bed.
