This custom barndominium is perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The home sits at the corner of Highway 36 and FM 976, and is approximately 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top. The home has one bedroom, and two full bathrooms as well as a living room with a daybed and trundle (2 beds), kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a 40″ Smart TV and a spacious closet. The living room features a sectional couch a 55″ Smart TV and a twin daybed that converts to 2 Twin beds.
