A Note About the Owners:

While owning and self-managing a wedding venue and vacation rentals in Caldwell, Texas, the owners discovered Fredericksburg Firefly Resort and instantly fell in love with its peaceful atmosphere, live music, and relaxing Hill Country charm. Inspired by the unique tiny homes and sense of community they experienced there, they knew they wanted to create a place where others could escape, unwind, and make lasting memories of their own. That dream became “Comfortably Numb” #119.

Located directly across from the clubhouse, resort pool, and family-friendly amenities, “Comfortably Numb” places you in the heart of the Firefly experience — complete with weekend live music, food trucks, and relaxing resort vibes. Guests can enjoy their own private propane firepit right on the spacious front porch — no firewood required! Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise, enjoying dinner with loved ones, or unwinding beneath a sky full of stars, the porch quickly becomes everyone’s favorite gathering spot.

Inside, the tiny home offers a warm and inviting layout perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Relax in the downstairs master bedroom or retreat upstairs to the loft featuring two queen beds for additional guests. The comfortable living area includes a full-size couch and TV, seamlessly connected to a beautifully appointed kitchen complete with a full-size range, microwave, refrigerator, and thoughtful extras including an air fryer, toaster, crockpot, and blender.

Just minutes away, Fredericksburg offers everything people love about the Texas Hill Country — wineries, breweries, distilleries, peaches, authentic German food, boutique shopping, and some of the best live music talent anywhere.

The owners hope their tiny slice of paradise allows guests to slow down, reconnect, and simply enjoy the moment. Their wish is that as you gather around the firepit under the wide-open Texas sky, you’ll settle into a peaceful, carefree state of being… completely “Comfortably Numb.”

Cancellation Policy:

If a renter paid the Reservation Guarantee cost when reserving their unit; a guest may cancel up to fifteen (15) days prior to their check-in date and receive a full refund (minus the reservation guarantee cost). If a renter paid the Reservation Guarantee when reserving their unit and they cancel within the fourteen (14) days prior to their check-in date; the monies collected will be placed in an interest-bearing escrow account (minus the reservation guarantee amount) and must be applied to a new reservation which date falls within one year from the date of cancellation. Once the one-year time frame has expired, all monies paid will be forfeited. In addition, please be sure to utilize the entire amount as any portion not used is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Please note when booking your new reservation, you will again have the option to purchase the Reservation Guarantee. However, the guarantee would only allow you to reschedule should the need arise. It would not allow you to receive a refund. The Reservation Guarantee amount will be based on the new reservation total. Without the Reservation Guarantee, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed. We cannot offer refunds for late arrivals or early departures. The Management Company cannot change or alter these policies. The Management Company does not have the authority to offer future credits or refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies, regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather conditions, death, injury or serious illness, job loss or acts of God. Please do not ask. If a tenant fails to check-in for their reservation on the scheduled date, the tenant will forfeit any paid rental monies and reservation rights, effective 11:00am on the following day. We cannot refund for unused days in the event of a late arrival or early departure.

Dog Fee:
Up to 2 Dogs are allowed. There is a $25 per dog per day non-refundable dog fee if you wish to bring a dog.
